Initial orbit
The initial orbit seeds the default altitude of new maneuver rows. Every maneuver line carries its own altitudes — the assessment computes each line independently.
Maneuver plan
Raising, lowering and combined lines compute a circular Hohmann transfer with the plane change folded into the apoapsis burn; collision avoidance uses the ESA 200 m dodge-and-return heuristic with a ×2 count factor. Eccentric orbits and natural decay are not modeled.
Propulsion
Propellant is sized sequentially per line with the Tsiolkovsky rocket equation at this specific impulse — each line burns from the mass the previous line left.
