Valar ignites new growth opportunities: chosen for the European Space Agency's prestigious Business Incubation program

VALAR, a trailblazer in Flight Dynamics as-a-Service, has earned its place among the top eight companies selected for the ESA BIC program in Madrid.

The European Space Agency, in collaboration with the Comunidad de Madrid and managed by Fundación madri+d, has announced its lineup for this year's Business Incubation Program in Madrid. VALAR stood out among the leading finalists with its groundbreaking approach to satellite Flight Dynamics as-a-Service.

Carlos Romero, ESA BIC program manager, acknowledged VALAR's strength and potential:

"The competition was exceptionally fierce this year, but VALAR's progress and business plan captivated the evaluation committee from the very beginning."

This program marks a pivotal moment for VALAR's ambitious next phase. Following a successful debut in customer service in 2022, VALAR is already collaborating with multiple clients in both LEO and GEO orbital regions. With the backing of ESA's incubation program, VALAR intends to expand its client base to encompass a broader spectrum of satellite operators while enhancing its renowned Flight Dynamics as-a-Service with comprehensive fleet management solutions tailored for constellation operators.

“We are excited to be part of the program in Madrid, propelling us into our next phase of growth," said Izan Peris, CEO at Valar. As part of the program, the company will receive a 50,000 EUR incubation contract and will establish an office at the Leganés Business Park of Carlos III University of Madrid (UC3M).

Special appreciation is extended to the dedicated teams at Fundación madri+d and UC3M for their invaluable support during the application phase. Further gratitude goes to the broader Comunidad de Madrid and the European Space Agency for placing their trust in Valar's pioneering vision.
